The Roman Cable Stitch is simple, yet bold cable that pops on a background of reverse stockinette. It’s made up of closely stacked cable stitches which give the look of a tightly braided rope. This is an easy cable panel pattern that’s perfect as part of an aran sweater, sleeve accent, or design detail.
