Row 4: P2, *Cluster 2, p1, p1-b; rep from *, end Cluster 2, p2.
Repeat rows 1-4 until you have reached your desired length.

You show K2TOG-B but no terminology on it
It means K2tog through the back loop. I have updated to post to reflect that.
What is k2tog-b? Is it the same as tbl?
