Stitch Description
The mosaic stitch creates a textured fabric with vertical columns of stitches. These columns are composed of small offset ribbed bars. The effect gives the look of long mosaic tiles stacked together. This is an easy beginner knitting stitch pattern, using only knit and purl stitches. It’s simple to knit and good for everything from hats to blankets.
