Stitch Description
The ladder lattice stitch is a mosaic style colorwork pattern. Using slipped stitches and two colors, the illusion of ladder rungs are created. This is a simple colorwork knitting stitch that’s incredibly easy for beginner knitters. Because of its wide pattern repeat, the ladder lattice stitch is best suited to large pieces of fabric like blankets and pillows.

- Row 1 (Right Side): Knit
- Row 2: Purl
- Row 3: Knit
- Row 4: Purl
- With Color B
- Row 5: K8, *sl 2, k8; rep from * to end
- Row 6: K8, *sl 2 wyif, k8; rep from * to end
- Row 7: P8, *sl 2 wyib, p8; rep from * to end
- Row 8: K8, *sl 2 wyif, k8; rep from * to end
Repeat rows 1-8 until you have reached your desired length.
