Stitch Description
The Little Cable Stitch creates a simple cabled fabric that has tiny little twisted stitches that resemble rows of little birds. It’s great as an accent to a sweater or in a blanket or scarf.

Cast On: Multiples of 6 + 2
- Row 1: Knit all stitches
- Row 2: Purl all stitches
- Row 3: P2, *RT, LT, p2; rep from * to end
- Row 4: K2, *p4, k2; rep from * to end
- Row 5: Knit all stitches
- Row 6: Purl all stitches
Repeat rows 1 – 6 until you have reached your desired length.

This is a really simple stitch. It adds a different texture to a other wise basic stockinette stitch. Thank for adding something else to my lust for learning. 😉
