I have a very simple knit baby bootie pattern that I’ve used several times. Could I use this bobble stitch on the toe area of the bootie rather than making a pom pom? Just wondering…

I’m fairly new to this, and this stitch is really simple(: thank you but I’m trying to do a baby blanket for my daughter with this pattern and i don’t know how to start, end my rows and it looks like you do a single stitch between each row of bobbles.. If you could give me some insight that would be great(:
