This crochet tutorial will help you learn how to crochet the palm pattern lace stitch. This stitch creates a delicate palm pattern. The palm pattern lace stitch would be great for shawls, shrugs, and scarves!
Row 1: (Right Side): work 5tr into 8th ch from hook, skip 3ch, 1tr into next ch, *skip 3ch, 5tr into next ch, skip 3ch, 1tr into next ch; rep from * to end, turn.
Row 2: 4ch (count as 1tr), 2tr into 1st tr, skip 2tr, 1tr into next tr, *skip 2tr, 5tr into next tr, skip 2tr, 1tr into next tr; rep from * to last 3 sts, skip 2tr, 3tr into next ch, turn.
Row 3: 4ch, *skip 2tr, 5tr into next tr, skip 2tr, 1tr into next tr; rep from * to end placing last tr into 4th of 4ch at beg of previous row, turn.
Repeat rows 2 & 3 until you have reached your desired length.
