Extended Openwork Stitch

About this Stitch Pattern

The extended openwork stitch combines lace and cable techniques to make a truly unique fabric. By taking extended loop stitches and crossing them over themselves, an elongated lattice is created. This is a great stitch pattern for knitting a lace openwork wrap or market bag.
