How to Knit the Purl One Below Stitch

This video knitting tutorial will help you learn how to knit the purl one below stitch. This is a fairly uncommon stitch but can be used to mimic the knit one below on the purl side of your work.

Materials Used in this Tutorial

KnitOuttaTheBox Afghanistan Cashmere

KnitOuttaTheBox Afghanistan Cashmere

Sourced and spun entirely in Afghanistan, this 100% cashmere yarn is the ultimate in “feel good” yarn. The yarn is spun by Afghan women from their homes and they receive a fair wage for their labor. As a fair trade product, it not only feels good while you are wearing it, but you can feel good knowing that your purchase is helping someone live a better life.

When are more of your tutorials going to be available as podcasts? Before you had to download the podcast app it seemed like all of the videos were available for download. Now that there is a podcast app it doesn’t seem to be that way. I use the podcast app because once I’ve downloaded the video I don’t have to worry about whether or not I have internet.

love these videos. can you add ideas as to how to use this? I’m thinking I could just make a swatch to practice for now.

Thanks! This video is mostly for people who come across the technique in a pattern and don’t know how to do it. It’s not really a pattern by itself.
