TECHNIQUES USED IN THIS STITCH:

Chain Stitch – Ch
Single Crochet-sc
Double Crochet-dc
Single Crochet 2 Together-sc2tog

Skill: Intermediate
Foundation Chain:Multiple of 2 sts + 1. Add 1 for base chain.

Pattern Instructions

  1. Row 1

    (Wrong Side):1sc into 2nd ch from hook, *1ch, skip 1ch, 1sc into next ch; rep from * to end, turn.

  2. Row 2

    1ch, 1sc into 1st st, 1ch, sc2tog inserting hook into each of next 2 ch sps, 1ch, *sc2tog inserting hook 1st into same ch sp as previous st then into next ch sp, 1ch; rep from * ending 1sc into last st, skip tch, turn.

  3. Row 3

    1ch, 1sc into 1st st, *1ch, skip 1ch, 1sc into next st; rep from * to end, skip tch, turn.

Repeat rows 2 and 3 until you have reached your desired length.
