Ch 4 (counts as dc, ch 1), *[1 dc, ch 1, 1 dc] in next ch-2 space (V-st made), ch 1, rep from * across, 1 dc in top of turning ch, turn.

Ch 3 (counts as first dc), *skip next ch-1 space, 3 dc in ch-1 space of next V-st, rep from * across, 1 dc in 3rd ch of turning ch, turn.

Ch 1, 1 sc in first dc, *,[1 sc, 1 dc, ch 4, Sl st in 4th ch from hook (picot made), 1 dc, 1 sc] in center dc of next 3-dc group, rep from * across, 1 sc in top of turning ch, end off.
Repeat rows 1-4 until you have reached your desired length.
