Stitch Pattern Instructions


Foundation Chain: Multiples of 6 + 3

  • Prep Row (WS): [2 dc, ch 1, 2 dc] in 6th from hook (shell), *skip nest 2 ch, 1 dc in next ch **, skip next 2 ch, work [2 dc, ch 1, 2 dc] in nest ch (shell), rep from * across, ending last rep at **, turn.
  • Row 1: Ch 3 (counts as dc now and throughout), *[2 dc, ch 1, 2 dc] in next ch-1 space, skip next 2 dc of shell, FPdc in next dc; rep from * across, ending let rep with dc in the top of turning ch instead of last FPdc, turn.
  • Row 2: Ch 3, *[2 dc, ch 1, 2 dc] in next ch-1 space, skip next 2 dc of shell, BPdc in next dc; rep from * across ending last rep with dc in the top of the turning ch instead of let BPdc, turn.
  • Repeat rows 1 – 2 until you have reached your desired length.
