TECHNIQUES USED IN THIS STITCH:
Chain Stitch – Ch
Single Crochet-sc
Double Crochet-dc
V Stitch (V st)- 1dc, 1ch, 1dc.
Double V Stitch (Double V st)- 2dc, 1ch, 2dc.
Skill: Intermediate
Foundation Chain:Multiple of 6 sts + 5. Add 2 for base chain
Pattern Instructions

Row 1
(Wrong Side): work a V st into 5th ch from hook, *skip 2ch, work V st into next ch; rep from * to last 2ch, skip 1ch, 1dc into last ch, turn.

Row 2
3ch, skip 2 sts, work a Double V into ch sp at center of V st, *1ch, skip next V st, work a Double V st into sp at center of next V st; rep from * leaving last loop of last dc of last Double V st on hook and working it together with 1dc into top of tch, turn.

Row 3
3ch, work a V st into each sp to end finishing with 1 dc into top of tch, turn.

Row 4
3ch, 1dc into 1st st, *1ch, skip next V st, work a Double V st into sp at center of next V st; rep from * until 1 V st remains, 1ch, skip V st, 2dc into top of tch, turn.

Row 5
3ch, work a V st into each sp to end finishing with 1 dc into top of tch, turn.
Repeat rows 2-5 until you have reached your desired length.
