This video knitting tutorial will help you learn how to pick up a dropped purl stitch. Sometimes a stitch accidentally fall off a needle when knitting and becomes undone. This technique will show you how to properly replace the stitch on your needle, no crying necessary.
Step 1: Take your main needle and insert it into the back of the loop that was dropped.
Step 2: Take your working needle and insert it into the back of the same loop going the opposite direction.
Step 3: Take the strand and place it onto your working needle.
Step 4: Pull the strand through the stitch that is on the main needle.
Step 5: Pull your main needle out of the stitch.
Step 6: Replace the stitch on your working needle onto your main needle.
