About this Stitch Pattern

The Buckle Motif is a simple pattern of chains, single crochets, and the occasional slip stitch. While in the shape of a buckle, it would need significant stiffening to be able to function in that capacity. With that in mind, we recommend you use this as a decorative element, not a functional one.

  • Round 1: 18ch, sl st to first ch, turn and 7ch, sl st to opposite side of circle.
  • Round 2: sl st into next ch, 1sc into each ch around, sl st to first sc.
  • Fasten off.
