Knit the first 2 stitches, slip first stitch on working needle over the second stitch.

Knit 1, slip first stitch on working needle over the second stitch; repeat until one stitch remains

Cut yarn leaving about 6 inches, and pull tail through last stitch and tighten to form a knot.
