Stitch Description
The simple garter selvedge edge is a finishing technique to create a nicer edge along your work. This provides additional structure and a professional look. It’s a simple technique to improve your knitting and can be used with almost any project.
Technique Instructions
Row 1
k1, knit across to last st, k1
Row 2
k1, purl across to last st, k1.
Repeat rows 1-2 until you have reached your desired length.
