Stitch Description
The Double Basketweave Stitch is a really simple knit and purl stitch which creates an intricate looking woven design. While more involved than similar basketweave fabrics, this pattern is still constructed from basic stitches. It’s relatively easy to knit and the end result is a more delicate and refined texture.
This knitting stitch pattern is great for large pieces of fabric like blankets and scarves, or use it in mittens and hats as well.
