This video knitting tutorial will help you learn how to start a row with a yarn over. This technique is sometimes used in lace patterns to create an eyelet at the beginning of a row. It can be a little confusing but really is pretty simple.
Skill: Easy
To start a row with a yarn over, just move the yarn in front of the needle before you knit if doing a knit stitch, or move your needle in front of the yarn before you purl if doing a purl stitch.
