Cast On: Multiples of 2 + 2

For this pattern you will need to know the following techniques:

Knit – k

Purl – p

Yarn Over – yo

Slip Stitch – sl

Pass Slip Stitch Over – psso

Pattern:

Row 1: K1, *sl 1, k1, yo, psso; rep from * to last st, k1.

Row 2: Purl all stitches.

Repeat rows 1-2 until you have reached your desired length.

After a few repeats your pattern should look like this:
