Cast On: Multiples of 6 + 3

For this pattern you will need to know the following techniques:
Knit – k
Purl – p

Pattern Instructions:

Note: This pattern is completely reversible
Row 1: P3, *k3, p3; rep from * to end
Row 2: K3, *p3, k3; rep from * to end
Row 3: P3, *k3, p3; rep from * to end
Row 4: K3, *p3, k3; rep from * to end
Row 5: K3, *p3, k3; rep from * to end
Row 6: P3, *k3, p3; rep from * to end
Row 7: K3, *p3, k3; rep from * to end
Row 8: P3, *k3, p3; rep from * to end

Repeat rows 1 – 8 until you have reached your desired length.

After a few repeats your pattern should look like this:
