TECHNIQUES USED IN THIS STITCH:
Chain Stitch – ch
Single Crochet – sc
Double Crochet – dc
Special Abbreviation : CGr (Crossed Group) = skip 3dc and next st, 3dc into 2nd of next 3dc, 3ch, 3dc into 2n of 3dc just skipped working back over last 3 dc made.
Pattern Instructions:
Row 1: Skip 3ch (count as 1dc), *skip next 3ch, 3dc into next ch, ch 3, 3dc into 2nd of 3ch just skipped working back over last 3dc made, skip 1 ch, 1dc into next ch; rep from * to end, turn
Row 2: Ch 3 (count as 1dc), 3dc into first st, 1sc into next 3ch arch, *1CGr, 1sc into next 3ch arch; rep from * ending 4dc into top of tch, turn.
Row 3: 3ch (count as dc), skip 1 st, 1CGr, *1sc into next 3ch loop, 1 CGr; rep from * ending 1dc into top of tch, turn.
Repeat rows 2 & 3 until you have reached your desired length.
